Job Description
This role involves providing IT system support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolution of IT systems. The administrator is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, monitoring systems, and providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support. Special attention is given to IT security, including patching and operating system configuration.
Requirements
- Windows 10 Support (patching and troubleshooting)
- Active Directory and Group Policy (understanding of OU structures and creating policies)
- Windows Server Administration (knowledge of Windows Server Architecture, Installation, Services, and patching)
- Experience on Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) Patching
- Understanding of VMware
- Understanding of Networking
- PowerShell Scripting (a plus)
