Fuse is building a new clearing bank focused on connecting global growth markets to the US dollar. This role involves owning and operating the Americas markets, from building partnerships to managing profitability and licensing. Requirements
- Proven track record working with US and Canadian correspondent banks
- 10+ years in payments, fintech or banking, preferably in cross border payments
- Prior experience launching and scaling a market in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience owning a P&L with demonstrated success in driving revenue and improving margins
- Familiarity with US and broader Americas regulatory frameworks
- Ability to grow a team from zero
