Job Description
Fuse Energy is building a fully integrated energy company with a focus on AI to power trading, distributed energy, and smart grid management. The company is seeking a Head of Engineering (AI) to lead the development and integration of AI across their platform, from forecasting models to personalized customer experiences and internal automation.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with 5+ years of experience
- Deep experience deploying ML models into production
- Proficiency in designing scalable data pipelines and real-time inference systems
- Understanding of modern ML tooling and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, AWS SageMaker)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
