Job Description
Fuse Energy is a renewable energy startup seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement of materials, services, and infrastructure for their operations. The role focuses on driving efficiency, cost leadership, and supplier management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, contributing to a platform building the Future of Energy Networks. They are building a fully integrated energy company from solar to home energy. This is a critical role in shaping the commercial foundation of a company redefining how renewable energy is built and delivered.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a similar discipline
- Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-driven and analytical approach
- Experience in energy, construction, renewables, hardware, or industrial products preferred
- Strong bias for action and resilience in a fast-growing startup.
