Project Management Manager

Fusemachines is a 10+ year old AI company looking for a Project Management Manager to elevate delivery operations and lead a growing project management team in Nepal.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing complex software or AI projects across distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, burndown charts, Gantt charts, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in improving delivery visibility and process maturity across teams.
• Technical fluency — able to communicate effectively with engineers and challenge assumptions when needed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior project managers.
• Prior exposure to AI, ML, or data-driven product development preferred.
