Requirements
- BS/MS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition strategies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools
- Proven success in lead generation for B2B and B2C environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Experience running growth experiments across multiple channels
- Ability to work independently
- Residency and work authorization in Latin America
- Availability for work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST)
