Requirements

• Strong technical background and understanding of agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on successful technical projects.
• Experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication (written, verbal, presentation), interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
