Remote Accounting Assistant

FusionTek is a rapidly growing IT infrastructure management company specializing in small to mid-sized businesses. They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support accounting operations and maintain financial integrity, contributing to team collaboration. The position emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in tracking expenses, cost of goods sold & other data entries.
• Verification and organization of accounts payable invoices.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Engage with clients and vendors as needed.
• Support the Controller with additional assigned responsibilities.
