Remote Accounting Assistant

FusionTek is a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant. The role involves providing essential support in various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record keeping and contributing to the company's financial integrity. The position supports team members and provides assistance to the Controller.

Requirements

• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in tracking expenses, cost of goods sold & other data entries.
• Verification and organization of accounts payable invoices for processing.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Engage with clients and vendors as needed to resolve inquiries.
• Support the Controller with additional assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain a 90% medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
