Bodyweld Assistant Manager

This Bodyweld Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a designated department manufacturing process. They coordinate product line activities, provide information to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, efficiency, and cost concerns. The role requires a proactive approach to safety and quality and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Business Management, and/or a related field.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Understanding of FIA processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of TPS.
• Basic computer skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Must have proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Must comply with FIA’s Attendance Policy.
