Creative Strategist

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating convincing creatives to bridge the gap between clinical research and messages for patients. As a Creative Strategist, you will conduct market and target group analyses, write direct-response scripts, and create data-based briefings for our agency partners.

Requirements

• degree or completed training in communications science, business psychology, journalism, or marketing
• at least 3 years of experience in creative strategy
• German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills (at least B2 level)
• data-driven and analytical thinking
• ability to work structured, meticulously, and reliably
• knowledge of content on platforms such as Meta or YouTube
