Job Description
Design the future of FUTRUE by combining HR vision with hands-on project management. As the right-hand man of the CEO, you will support the management team in defining strategic priorities and ensure their implementation.
Requirements
- Act as the right-hand man of the CEO and support him in defining strategic priorities and overseeing their implementation
- Be responsible for the overall responsibility for the people strategy and the HR department of the FUTRUE group, including the subsidiaries
- Lead the central HR team and continuously develop it
- Be responsible for attracting top talents and actively shaping our employer branding
- Be responsible for HR controlling and reporting
- Lead cross-functional projects from conception to implementation
- Advise the management team strategically, prioritize initiatives, prepare decisions, and manage stakeholders
- Analyze complex, often unstructured questions and develop practical, implementable solutions with clear recommendations for action for the management board
