HR-консультант

This full-time HR Consultant role will focus on reviewing existing HR processes, developing strategies, and implementing HR systems. The role involves consulting managers on organizational development and implementing employee engagement initiatives. Strong experience in international HR is required, along with knowledge of the local market and excellent English language skills.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in HR
• Experience in the financial, digital or fintech sector
• Knowledge of international HR practices
• Excellent English language skills
• Knowledge of the labor market characteristics of Central Asian countries (preferred)
