Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to shape innovative IT solutions for clients, bridging the gap between business needs and technology. The role focuses on building trust with clients, providing technical capabilities, and supporting sales teams through presentation and planning. The consultant will guide clients through the digital transformation process and serve as a strategic partner.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in IT
- 5 years of experience in Business Analysis/UX/Product Design
- Advanced knowledge in business analysis and UI/UX
- Ability to solve complex business problems using multiple approaches and ROI
- Planning and facilitation of strategic workshops and research
- Knowledge of business models and collaborative client processes
- Ability to conduct research and offer constructive recommendations
- Experience in organizational structure, finance, and business processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of project management methods
- Comfort with travel within the country (minimum 4 days/month)
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
