Job Description
Future is seeking a Tech Lead to join their Mobile Apps Team. The role focuses on delivering scalable, well-structured, and efficient multi-brand apps, working on both greenfield projects and maintaining legacy systems. Collaboration with the Technology & Engineering department is essential, with a focus on building new services and products. The Tech Lead will also mentor teams and integrate with APIs and other services.
Requirements
- Track record building successful React Native apps (iOS & Android) with excellent TypeScript, Swift
- Experienced in diverse app theming and functionality using technologies like Tamagui
- Experience with deployment processes (App Store, TestFlight, Play Store, Expo), CI/CD, DevOps, and AWS
- Technical leadership with people management skills, running peer-reviewed teams using Git/GitFlow
- Knowledgeable in modern web development alongside mobile, with understanding of accessibility and performance best practices
- Practical experience using AI tools like Cursor effectively
- Strong background in cloud services (SQL, NoSQL, Graph, Vector), Event-driven architectures, and async operations
