Requirements

• Licensed Social Worker
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Master's degree in Social Work
• Current valid Maryland Social Work license
• Experience in a skilled nursing or sub-acute healthcare setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
• Ability to navigate and document in an electronic health record system
