Job Description
FutureCare Facility in Pikesville, MD is seeking a highly regarded RN Shift Supervisor to lead a dedicated nursing team. The role focuses on supervising a nursing staff, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring resident safety, and providing efficient and effective nursing care, particularly with adult geriatric patients. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
- 1-3 years of managerial experience
- Current CPR license
- Current experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility
