Job Description
FutureLearn is seeking a Programme Leader to join their Higher Education Services team. This role involves leading the development and delivery of high-quality educational programmes, ensuring academic quality, accreditation, and research-informed teaching. The ideal candidate will be passionate about lifelong learning, career empowerment, and education for all students worldwide, and will be instrumental in shaping FutureLearn's future in AI-powered and personalised learning.
Requirements
- PhD or significant industry experience in a relevant subject area
- Teaching experience in UK Higher Education
- Experience of managing academic teams and leading modules or programmes
- Eligibility for or current Fellowship of AdvanceHE
- Excellent digital literacy
- Strong communication, organisational and team leadership skills
