Job Description
Field Service Engineer role involves solving problems for customers on site, combining technical expertise with social skills, and advising customers on system possibilities and offers. The role requires travel, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. The job involves working independently in the field, meeting interesting people, and receiving support, feedback, and dedicated training.
Requirements
- MBO or HBO diploma in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position
- Strong, independent personality, good analytical skills, and team spirit
- Fluent English and, preferably, German
- Reliable and respectful
- Willing to travel more than 50% and ad hoc worldwide
- Available outside regular working hours for customer calls
