As IT Support Manager, you will lead the IT Support team and ensure effective and efficient IT support within the organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and be responsible for managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree in IT, informatics, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support and a proven track record in leading a team
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and networks
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English
