We are looking for an experienced financial professional to lead our financial administration team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to improve financial processes. The role involves managing a team, ensuring timely and correct financial processing, and providing financial reports to the board and management.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Finance, Business Economics or Accountancy
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in financial administration, including leadership experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial and fiscal legislation
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as AFAS, Exact or comparable
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• Result-driven, proactive and able to switch between operational and strategic modes
• Natural leadership and the ability to create structure and overview
