Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Agency Control and Governance will assist the team lead in various agency compliance and quality assurance duties, including monitoring reports, suspected misconduct case investigation, and supporting the AML/ CTF program.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in insurance agency compliance
- Working knowledge in Insurance Ordinance
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and bilingual drafting skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Good PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
