Business Analyst (1 year contract) position at FWD Group in Singapore. The role involves working with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and translate requirements to specifications for technical teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Life and/or General Insurance and/or Business Analysis.
- Strong project delivery in previous roles.
- Good business domain knowledge in Life Insurance and Life Asia application preferred.
- Strong Analytical, problem solving and process design skills, and solutioning
- Excellent stakeholder management, particularly managing expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and excellent collaboration skills.
