Support the key pillars of Group Digital Strategy & Governance, facilitate development and implementation of digitally enabled solutions, and work with country stakeholders to identify business uplift opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduated from a recognised university, with major in business, finance, computer related major with strong communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Insurance and domain expert
- Experience with SaaS implementation, including vendor selection, configuration and user training
- Excellent communication skills, good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly
- Proficient knowledge in using data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI,GA4, and Tableau
- Strong understanding for digital metrics and trends in digital channels
- Work experience in insurance industry is preferred, with solid life insurance domain knowledge
- Familiar with both domestic and international insurance markets, and knowledge of digital trends in the insurance and banking industry
- Equipped with the ability to analyze and solve problems, communication skills, and project planning capabilities
