Senior Manager (HNW/Mass Market), Product Development & Management position in FWD Group, responsible for defining product strategy, driving product team, and delivering business results. The role requires at least 10+ years of product development experience in the life insurance industry.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
- At least 10+ years' of product development gained within the life insurance industry
- Deep product knowledge and well informed on market trend
- Relevant product regulations and latest development
- Knowledge on company financials and KPIs
- Business result oriented and agile in problem solving
- Passion to change how people feel about insurance through our product/services
- Soft skills to collaborate with other functions to get things done
