Business Development Officer (Forex experience)

We are seeking a Business Development Officer to join our team in Armenia. You will attract and support forex clients from Ukraine, expand the brand's presence in the local market, increase trading volumes, and retain the existing client base.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Forex industry (sales, support, retention, or account management)
• Solid knowledge of MT4/MT5 and general trading mechanics
• Knowledge of cBroker or similar back-office systems is a strong plus
• Fluent Ukrainian and strong Russian (spoken and written)
• Experience working with CRM systems (SugarCRM, Bitrix24, AmoCRM, HubSpot or similar)
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and a client-focused, target-driven mindset
