Client Operations Officer (Russian Desk)

Join FxPro as a Client Operations Officer for our Russian desk, supporting clients with deposits and withdrawals, profile activation, and KYC/AML checks. Provide first-line support via chat and phone, coordinate with payment providers, and maintain accurate CRM records and daily/weekly reporting.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Back Office, Payments or Client Support
• Fluent English and Russian written and spoken
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work quickly and confidently with CRM and internal systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy with a consistent record of error-free processing
• Ability to strictly follow procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements
