Requirements
- Proven experience as an engineering leader or lead architect
- Wide technical expertise in algorithms, data structures, Linux, networking, security, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures
- Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance requirements
- Strong hands-on development background, especially with Go and other modern languages
- Expert in architectural design for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
- Skilled in technology selection, tooling, and platform integration
- Effective communication and leadership skills
