Requirements

• Strong academic background in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering)
• At least 5 years of futures trading experience in a hedge fund, prop desk, or market-making firm
• At least 3 years of crypto futures trading
• Proven track record of generating consistent profits over time
• Experience with systematic or semi-systematic strategies
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for markets
• Strong English language communication skills
• Highly collaborative and responsible
