Compliance Specialist

As our next Compliance Specialist, you will support Giesecke+Devrient’s Corporate Compliance Office in Munich in the day-to-day execution and strategic enhancement of global group-wide compliance programs. You will be actively involved in drafting and updating policies, developing training and communications, and performing screenings for sanctions/restricted parties and AML/ABAC.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or a related field.
• Up to 5 years professional experience in the field of compliance, export control
• Knowledge of US FCPA, EU-Dual-Use Regulation, US EAR/ITAR, Chinese export control regulations
• Experience with ERP system (SAP) and screening tools (GTS, MIC, etc.) is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word; experience in Sharepoint and Power BI is an advantage
