The role involves managing multiple priorities and proactively mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects including DR, obsolescence, hardening, security, monitoring and patching.
• Prepare detailed project plans from high-level to technical detail.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with software and technical teams.
• Operate within an ITIL-based environment.
• Experience in ITIL-based environments.
