Assembly Positions

We are seeking detail-oriented Assembly Associates for a 3-week training program to become proficient in assembling automotive dashboards. The role involves using hand tools and power tools to ensure quality and precision. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is 2 days a week.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role is preferred
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools, including torque guns
• Strong attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
