Automotive Team Leader

We are hiring a Hands-on Automotive Team Leader for a fast-paced, Tier 1 automotive facility. This full-time, 1st/2nd shift position involves overseeing production, ensuring quality and productivity, and guiding the team. The role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
• Experience operating a sit-down propane forklift
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar production/inventory systems
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: 1+5S, TPM, VSM
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift, including weekends and overtime
