EHS Manager

Seeking a dynamic and experienced EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives across two large production facilities in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping a strong safety culture, driving compliance, and mentoring a skilled onsite HSE team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Health, Safety, and Environmental management experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing professional HSE staff
• Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and state-level regulatory requirements
• Experience working in a Title V facility and with air, waste, and water compliance programs
• Prior experience managing or maintaining ISO 14001, 45001, and/or 50001 systems
• Certifications such as OSHA 10/30, OSHA 500, ASP, or CSP preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software
