The Assembly WORKER position at the Macomb Township plant involves assisting in the production of car interior components. This includes cutting, lining up, bonding materials using hot melt or spray adhesives, and ensuring a smooth, comfortable finish on components like seats and dashboards. Hands-on work and physical demands are expected.

Requirements

• Previous experience in assembly, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends based on production needs.
