Manufacturing Team Lead

The Automotive Team Leader role involves supervising and supporting production personnel in various manufacturing functions. It is a 'working supervisor' position focused on production goals, quality, and continuous improvement while having limited personnel authority. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of safety and standard procedures, and efficient inventory management. This position is on-site and shifts are Monday-Friday, with weekend availability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing leadership
• Sit-down propane forklift experience
• Ability to review Method Sheets relevant to department tasks
