Job Description
This role is a Founding AI Engineer for a rapidly growing AI-driven enterprise software efficiency platform. You will be responsible for building and deploying AI agent and multi-agent systems using Python, while influencing technical direction and ensuring platform ROI. The company is backed by AI and enterprise leaders, aiming to transform how businesses operate with intelligent AI automation.
Requirements
- Solid engineering experience (2–5+ years) with strengths in Python and full-stack development
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, or LLM-powered workflows
- Familiarity with deployment tooling, orchestration, model integration, or RAG-style pipelines
- Excitement for solving tough problems in fast-paced, early-stage environments
