Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Cloud Systems Engineer to assist with the engineering, deployment, and maintenance of the Network Security Virtualization Training (NSVT) 2.0 environment within AWS GovCloud. The role will support the setup and configuration of virtualized Cyber Network Defense (CND) appliances, help manage cloud-based infrastructure, and collaborate with senior engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and curriculum developers.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/hold a DoD Secret clearance
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in systems administration, networking, or cloud support
- Familiarity with AWS, VMware, or other virtualization technologies
- Basic understanding of PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, or Linux administration
