Senior Program Manager

G2 Ops is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to oversee multiple large-scale G2 Ops programs and contracts, supporting their defense customers. This role requires expertise in program and project management, budget management, and team leadership within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Requirements

• Proven expertise in program and project management and contract execution
• Experience in budget, schedule, and team management in complex defense environments
• Ability to apply program governance frameworks, risk management, and financial controls
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• PMP certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Completion of DAU PM Level III courses within 12 months of hire
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
