Business Development Manager - Freight Sales

GAC is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its global team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial, contractual, and operational activities for an assigned client base, meeting targets and deadlines, and promoting business growth through upselling. Key responsibilities include establishing and developing client relationships, expanding logistics business, and promoting cooperation between departments.

Requirements

• Graduate, bachelor's degree
• Valid UAE Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Minimum 15 years' experience in sales/business development in marine/logistics/shipping
• At least 10 years in a managerial role
• Strong networking skills
• Knowledge of GCC market
• Balanced scorecard
