Requirements

• Strong maritime operational knowledge and experience with in-depth understanding of port operations, vessel clearance, and local regulations in Indonesia.
• Proven leadership capabilities, to lead teams, manage duty rosters, and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with port authorities, terminals, and multiple service providers.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa (spoken and written).
