Job Description
GAC UK is looking for a Shipping Agent to be based in Orkney. The role involves booking vessels, capturing costs, visiting vessels, and maintaining good relations with customers and stakeholders. Training will be provided for marine experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Produce and maintain accurate documents
- Good understanding and appreciation of a proactive safety culture
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
