Job Description
Join Gainwell as a Justice Involved Outreach Specialist and play a key role in maintaining effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. The role combines customer inquiry management and basic process/project coordination with provider outreach and training, and requires a strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to travel within one or more geographic regions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and training skills
- Three or more years' experience in the healthcare industry in insurance, provider support, IT and operations
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgement
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel within one or more geographic regions
