Senior Manager, Service Delivery (Remote in USA)

As Senior Manager – Service Delivery, you will own the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical technology initiatives, including Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects. This role demands a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on project management expertise; someone who can roll up their sleeves and drive results across the full SDLC.

Requirements

• Lead End-to-End Delivery: Own full SDLC for IT product implementations from requirements validations through development, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Drive Program Success: Manage DDI projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Hands-On Leadership: Actively engage in technical discussions, and issue resolution, not just oversight.
• Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with public sector clients, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
• Project Governance: Apply PMP best practices for planning, deliverables management, risk management, and quality assurance across all engagements.
• Team Development: Mentor and guide project managers, business analysts, and technical leads, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal, cross functional teams to ensure seamless delivery for the client.
• Scope and Budget Management: Oversee estimation, pricing, and change control for complex IT implementation projects.
