The Marketing Representative is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Requirements
- Greeting and qualifying prospects face-to-face
- Conducting property tours and showing apartments
- Processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks
- Preparing the lease and move-in package
- Ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing
- Inspecting apartments prior to resident move-in
- Developing and implementing short- and long-term marketing plans and goals
- Designing and executing offsite marketing activities
- Using the on-site property management software application to track apartment availability
- Capturing critical demographic and other information about existing and future residents
- Ensuring that the property and show units meet the Company’s standards for show quality
- Following-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction
- Executing and performing activities in support of the property’s lease renewal program
- Responding quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions
- Completing various accounting, financial, administrative, and other reports
