Maintenance Supervisor

The Service Director oversees and performs technical and mechanical maintenance of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This role focuses on team leadership, project management, and community engagement, including proactive maintenance and budgeting for repairs and capital expenses. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and adaptable to a variety of environments.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Proven skills sufficient to lead and oversee the maintenance process.
• Proficient in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
• EPA Certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property.
• Must be able to operate golf carts at properties with golf carts
