Job Description
This Service Technician position involves performing technical and mechanical work to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the property. Service Technicians will diagnose and repair issues, complete prep work, manage materials, and contribute to property maintenance. The role involves customer service and community engagement, as well as adhering to safety regulations.
Requirements
- Complete assigned work orders within 24-48 hours.
- Diagnose, repair, and make necessary repairs for defects or problems.
- Follow proper procedures for acquiring materials and supplies.
- Maintain the grounds and common areas.
- Inspect work and report any safety concerns.
