Job Description
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney with a minimum of 5 years in insurance defense to represent clients in insurance defense cases, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Texas Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with CLE requirements.
