Senior VFX Artist

Gameloft Brisbane, a part of the global Gameloft family, is seeking a Senior VFX Artist to join their Brisbane studio and help shape the visual direction of their games. The successful candidate will collaborate with a talented team of artists and collaborate closely with designers, animators, and programmers to bring immersive worlds to life.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Unreal Engine and 3D software (preferably Maya)
• Expertise in creating VFX in Niagara for Unreal Engine
• A thorough understanding of VFX pipelines and processes
• Knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects
• Strong observation skills and a keen eye for detail
• Capable of conceptualizing and animating a wide range of effects, from highly stylized to natural and fantastical
• Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines, including design, art, and engineering teams
• Actively participating in the learning process and contributing to the development of in-house tools
• Prior experience with PC or console platforms is highly advantageous
