Senior Platform Engineer

Gametime is a company that helps people discover and access live experiences. They are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain core platform systems that support their high-scale, cloud-native architecture. The role requires deep fluency in Infrastructure as Code, container orchestration, CI/CD principles, and developer experience optimization.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and observable infrastructure across AWS using Terraform and Terragrunt
• Lead and contribute to Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure supporting microservices running at scale
• Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions to support automated builds, tests, deployments, and rollbacks
• Develop internal tooling and self-service interfaces that reduce friction and empower developers
• Define and enforce best practices around Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and cloud security
• Participate in and lead architectural reviews, infrastructure planning, and incident retrospectives
• Mentor and support other engineers on platform architecture, tooling, and cloud infrastructure
